Steps to Complete the Hiring Process
1️⃣ Move the Candidate to the ‘Hired’ Stage
Drag and drop the candidate into the ‘Hired’ column on candidates board.
This will automatically inform the recruiter and trigger the next steps.
2️⃣ Provide Hiring Details
Enter the candidate’s official joining date.
Confirm the final base salary as stated in the signed offer letter.
3️⃣ Automated Invoice & Recruiter Payouts
Once the candidate is marked as ‘Hired,’ Hire Grid will generate an invoice for your commission payment.
Recruiters will be notified, and their payouts will be processed accordingly.
