What If the Employee Leaves Early? Will I Get a Refund?

At Hire Grid, we understand that hiring doesn’t always go as planned. That’s why we offer a structured refund policy if a hired employee leaves within the first 90 days.

Our Refund Policy

If the employee leaves or is terminated within:

  • First 30 days100% refund

  • 31 to 60 days50% refund

  • 61 to 90 days100% refund

How Does It Work?

  1. Recruiter Replacement Period (30 Days)

    • Before issuing a refund, the recruiter who placed the candidate has 30 days to find a suitable replacement at no extra cost.

    • If a replacement is successfully found, no refund is necessary.

  2. Refund Issuance

    • If no replacement is provided within 30 days, you will receive a refund based on the time frame in which the employee left.

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

This policy ensures fairness for both employers and recruiters, giving you the security of a backup plan while keeping recruiters motivated to find lasting placements.
