Our Refund Policy
If the employee leaves or is terminated within:
First 30 days → 100% refund
31 to 60 days → 50% refund
61 to 90 days → 100% refund
How Does It Work?
Recruiter Replacement Period (30 Days)
Before issuing a refund, the recruiter who placed the candidate has 30 days to find a suitable replacement at no extra cost.
If a replacement is successfully found, no refund is necessary.
Refund Issuance
If no replacement is provided within 30 days, you will receive a refund based on the time frame in which the employee left.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
This policy ensures fairness for both employers and recruiters, giving you the security of a backup plan while keeping recruiters motivated to find lasting placements.
