To track the progress of your submitted candidates, follow these steps:
Steps to Check Candidate Status:
1️⃣ Go to “My Jobs” – This section lists all the jobs you are working on.
2️⃣ Click on the “Approved” Tab – Find the job for which you submitted a candidate.
3️⃣ Look at the Right Column – You will see a section titled “Candidates Submitted by You”.
4️⃣ Find Your Candidate’s Name – Next to their name, you will see their current stage in the hiring process.
Candidate Status Stages You May See:
✅ Submitted – Your candidate has been sent to the client.
✅ Reviewed – The client has looked at the resume.
✅ Shortlisted – The candidate has been selected for an interview.
✅ Interviewing – The interview process is in progress.
✅ Offered – The client has extended a job offer.
✅ Hired – The candidate has accepted the offer and signed the contract.
❌ Rejected – The client has declined the candidate.
